  12. I wonder if someone can give me a little advice...
  13. I'm getting to grips with the basics of c++ and want to know which
  14. complier should I go for. I am currently using Borland 3.1 but, it's time
  15. to upgrade to Windows 95 & as such, it seems the best time to upgrade my
  16. complier too.  
  17. I intend to write programs that will manipulate my sound card, (i.e. sound
  18. effects on mic in signal etc.). I have no idea how to do this at present,
  19. but don't want to make the mistake of buying a complier which won't be up
  20. to the job when I do undertake the project.
  21. Any comments would be appriciated.
